Reformers are able to be booked between 4am and 9pm (10pm finish).

Saunas are only available during staffed hours (9am til 7pm Mon to Fri).

We understand that many of our clients are busy mum’s, however om pilates does not provide child minding services and it is not a safe environment for children. If it is necessary to bring your children, they must stay seated in the reception area and remain as silent as possible (device with headphones is a great solution!) so our other customers are not disrupted.

Reformer Pilates Questions

om pilates offers a unique system where you can select from a range of 350+ instructor lead workouts from our touch screen digital library and perform them at your own pace on our state-of-the-art Reformers. New classes add weekly! Just bring along your wireless Bluetooth headphones and connect to your individual kiosk and you’re ready to go! Don’t forget we have staff on site in case you need help with anything.

Each class does require a booking. We make this as easy as possible with our app but do require the booking to confirm your spot. No more instructor scheduling conflicts. 

Each class varies from 5 to 50 minutes and you can pause the class any time.

Pilates requires a lot of movement and stretching, so choose clothing that fits well. Slim or form-fitting tops and leggings with multi-way stretch are best, especially those made of moisture-wicking fabric that will keep you cool and dry during your workout.

Bring a water bottle, grip socks (compulsory for safety), and a towel if needed. We provide all equipment, so just come ready to move!

We have 8 beautiful and modern high quality reformers and 8 kiosk for each reformer.

We understand things come up. You can cancel or reschedule up to 5 hours before class without a fee. Late cancellations may incur a small charge.

Pilates reformer is absolutely safe during pregnancy and can even be considered safer than exercising on a mat. Our class range includes options safe for pregnancy, with details in each class description for any special instructions or modifications. For personalised guidance for those starting out or concerned, a one-on-one instructor may be your best option before starting at Om Pilates.

The Pilates Reformer is one of the most effective and adaptable pieces of exercise equipment available anywhere, which means it can be set up to meet the specific needs of a wide group of clients – anyone from an absolute beginner who’s new to Pilates and/or exercise, to the most advanced hardcore Pilates practitioner.

Reformer Pilates exercises are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The reformer is a great way to get in shape regardless of age or fitness level. However in our studio we do allow minor under the age of 18 with parent or legal guardian consent and attendance at each classes.

Yes! Booking can be made through our app to confirm your spot.

No! There is no lock in contract. However we do require 4 weeks commitment.

Absolutely! You can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks in 12 months. If our studio isn’t for you, and you would like to cancel your membership please email us at nina@ompilates.com.au with 2 weeks notice.

Sauna Questions

We have 2 full spectrum infrared saunas available for booking. Feel free to bring your partner, friend, family member or have your own well deserved relaxation time all to yourself.

Each booking for our sauna is for 60 minutes session.

It’s generally not recommended to bring your phone into a sauna. The high temperatures and humidity levels can cause damage to your phone’s internal components, and the risk of overheating or even explosion is not worth the convenience of having your phone with you.

Bring a water bottle with you during your sauna session. While you’re in the sauna, you’re not going to realise how much sweat you’re losing like you do when you work out. So just aim to drink all that water.

Absolutely! Listen to the radio or connect your phone with a USB plug or Bluetooth to enjoy Music or a Podcast.

Heart health, exercise performance, muscle recovery, pain and mobility, longevity, heat acclimation, immunity, relaxation, detoxification, skin health, stress and fatigue and improve sleep.

Massage Chair Questions

We have 2 brand new high technology massage chairs as a complimentary for every members.

Please allow 30 minutes of use per sessions or visit so that other members can enjoy it too. However if no one in the studio or no one waiting to use of the massage chairs, you are more than welcome to stay as long as you wish!
