Membership overview
Your membership and participation in the program offered by om pilates Pty Ltd (Provider) are conditional upon your agreement to these term and conditions.
Your memberships are on going unless cancel.
Class/attendance can be book up to 1 week in advance.
Membership can be pause for up to 4 weeks in 12 months with 7 days written notice.
Unlimited 7 days memberships which mean each members can attend class as many as they want.
Membership inclusions:
Foundation membership (limit to the first 100 people) 7 days unlimited access to our beautiful studio, $10 sessions of full spectrum infrared saunas and complimentary massage chairs.
New memberships will be added once the foundation membership exceed 100 people. Price will increase for all new memberships.
Booking and late cancellation
All booking must be made through our app or website.
Cancel at least 5 hours before class to avoid penalties.
Late cancellation (less than 8 hours before class start will incure $5 fee.
No show or cancellation less than 1 hour will incure $15 and no credit will be given.
Purchase and expiry periods
1 visit pack valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
5 visit pack valid for 90 days from the date of purchase
10 visit pack valid for 180 days from the date of purchase
20 visit pack valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
Intro offer
7 days om pilates experience valid from the first day of visit. Limit to one per new client, non transferable and non refundable.
Medical conditions
Notify the provider of any injury or any change in your health. Including disability or allergy that may impact participant.
Studio policies
Phone must be turn off or on silent during classes.
Clean every equipment and reformer bed after each use using our sanities wipes.
